Breeder Education and Certifications: Being a responsible breeder.

In my humble opinion every cat: pedigreed or non pedigreed cat comes from a breeder. And there are two types of breeders-responsible/ethical ones and irresponsible/unethical breeders. And it all comes down to the reality of cats-they are a domesticated animal. Domesticated animals, unlike wild animals, are completely dependent on humans for their life. So what constitutes an ethical breeder? Glad you asked, I just completed the PawPeds academy level 2 and did my final project on it.
